· Make sure that Office Building is always well maintained and well cleaned.
· Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action.
· Check Housekeeping and Admin Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
· Complete MIS reports on time.
· Check All Floors, Cabin and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
· Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence of Cleaning Staff.
· Establish standards and educate Housekeeping staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
· Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
· Respond to Management complaints and special requests
· Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock.
· Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
· Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
