5. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
6. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
7. Promote content on social media
8. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
9. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
10. Update website content as needed
