a. Collections of the applications and distributions from Schools/Colleges
b. Preparation for the orientation with new girl students and Parents
c. Planning and Execution of the entire selection process- Written test, Interviews with Parents, House Visits under the supervision of the Sr. Coordinator
d. Helping in the Yearly Induction program of new batch.
e. Follow ups with the new /old mentors and their feedbacks.
f. Helping with potential Mentors, Volunteers Orientations and on boarding process
- Planning and execution of the Monthly, Quarterly workshops as per guidelines
a. Developing themes and topics of the workshops.
b. The yearly annual calendar dates of workshop activities.
c. Circulating monthly USF activity information with Shalini’s, Mentors, Donors and Volunteers.
d. Organizing twice a year Parents meetings for all batches.
e. Keeping track on Mentor- Mentee meetings, building relations and progress.
g. Yearly existing batches readmission process and rigorous academic assessment/evaluation process - 1: 1 meeting with the Shalini’s and their parents.
h. Random house visits of the existing Shalini’s.
i. Establishing connects with other social Organizations to accomplish the Shalini’s yearly 50 hours of Social work participation.
j. Helping organizing Shalini’s social campaigns.
k. Developing Individual rapport with Shalini’s, Parents to understand their problems and raising the red flags
l. Maintaining relations with space provider School/College.
m. Data entry and ERP entries.
n. Gather and analyze information about program implementation and take corrective actions.
o. Helping in organising monthly Core team meetings.
