1.Preparing Invoices, Vouchers etc.
2. Maintaining statutory liabilities like , TDS , GST, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.
3. Good Knowledge in entries of Purchase Bills, Sales Bills, Bank Entries (debit & credit).
4.Data entry in tally.
5.Should be well versed with Busy software.
6.Accounts checking and verification.
7.Correspondence with the customers/Bank.
8.Handling all accounts related activity.
9. Handle Petty Cash.
10.Coordinating with Purchase, Warehouse & HR department.
11.Dispatch related documentation.
12.Payment follow up/forms follow up with customers/vendor/supplier
13.Preparing Daily MIS reports.
14. Maintaining the files & all types of document.
