Social Media Management 1. Work on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and similar platforms: 2. Identify FB groups, Instagram Influencers, Bloggers etc and reach out to them for collaborations and/or sponsorships. 3. Coordinate with the design team and content team to ensure content is published on all social media platforms as per the content calendar. 4. Engage with audience by replying to their comments on our posts. 5. Prepare reports and MIS for measuring key metrics of social media campaigns like Reach, Engagement, Members, Followers, Average Likes, etc. 6. Proactively suggest new customer insights, campaign ideas, marketing initiatives, product improvement ideas, marketing feedback, etc to our marketing team as you will be the interface between our company and our online audience. Website Management 1. Add new products or update existing products as per price-list changes in our Wordpress website. 2. Keep website content fresh and up-to-date as per requirements 3. Publish blog articles, event updates, new banners, videos, infographics etc as and when provided by the design and content team. 4. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Wordpress Backend is a plus-point Whatsapp Management 1. Ensure Whatsapp message sending schedule is up-to-date. 2. Coordinate with our sales team to send messages as per schedule 3. Monitor key metrics like send rate, reply rate, conversion rate etc.
