Data Operator – Toy Tales LLP

Job Title: Data Operator
Location: Tronica City, Loni, Ghaziabad
Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily data entry and records in the BUSY Accounting Software.
Handle purchase, sales, stock and inventory entries.
Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills and other relevant documents.
Update stock reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare daily MIS reports and Excel reports as required.
Coordinate with the Accounts, Store and other departments.
Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
Knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software is mandatory.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Experience in data entry, inventory or accounting operations will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
A detail-oriented candidate with practical knowledge of BUSY Software, stock management and data handling.
