Provide technical support for websites, web applications, and related systems.
Attend calls and online meetings with clients to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve website-related issues.
Monitor website performance and identify technical issues affecting functionality.
Coordinate with clients and the development team for issue resolution and required website changes.
Handle customer queries related to website functionality, errors, login issues, and basic technical problems.
Maintain proper records of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and client interactions.
Perform basic database checks and queries using SQL.
Work with databases to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Assist in website testing, bug identification, and reporting.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
Assist in conducting basic training sessions for clients/users regarding website or system usage.
