Prepare MIS reports, Excel reports, and regular project status reports.
Plan and execute on-site School ERP implementation, including system setup, configuration, and deployment.
Coordinate with school management, administrators, and IT teams for installation and data migration.
Customize ERP modules such as attendance, grading, scheduling, reporting, and other school requirements.
Configure user roles, permissions, and access levels as per institutional requirements.
Provide hands-on ERP training to teachers, administrative staff, and IT personnel.
Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct practical training sessions.
Provide on-site and post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting.
Identify system issues and coordinate with the development team for required modifications.
Maintain implementation records, issue reports, feedback, and project documentation.
