Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and target audience.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports using insights and analytics.
Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, captions, and promotional campaigns.
