Assist in day-to-day servicing of GMC, GPA, and GTLI insurance policies.
Support employee additions, deletions, and other policy endorsements.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee and policy-related data.
Assist employees/clients with claim intimation and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, employees, hospitals, TPAs, and insurance companies for claim-related matters.
Track claims from intimation to settlement/closure and maintain claim status records.
Follow up on pending documents, approvals, queries, and claim settlements.
Assist in resolving servicing and claims-related queries and escalations.
Maintain MIS reports, claim trackers, endorsement records, and other documentation.
