Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and basic setup.

Coordinate with the technical/development team for complex issues.
Maintain records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
Support software implementation and provide basic user training when required.
Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
