Provide technical and functional support for Tally Prime users.
Resolve customer queries related to accounting, GST, inventory, payroll, and software usage.
Assist clients with Tally installation, configuration, backup, and data restoration.
Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Guide customers through remote support, phone, email, or online sessions.
Maintain support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on pending cases.
