- Provide day-to-day support to users on ERP software.
- Create, update, and maintain records in the ERP system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, IF Functions, etc.).
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely data entry.
- Resolve basic ERP-related issues and coordinate with the technical team for complex problems.
