Social Media & Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who can help in company’s social media marketing, content creation, basic design work, and LinkedIn-based lead generation. The role is suitable for a fresher or final-year student, provided the candidate is proactive, creative, and comfortable learning new tools quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form and long-form content for LinkedIn, website, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Manage regular posting and circulation of content across company social media channels.
• Create marketing and brand creatives using design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
• Support LinkedIn outreach, connection campaigns, and basic lead generation activities.
• Research industry trends, especially in AI, technology, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
• Use AI tools for content ideation, drafting, research, design support, and productivity.
• Track basic performance of posts and campaigns, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate internally to collect inputs for company updates, case studies, services, events, and campaigns.

Required Skills

• Good command of written English. 
• Understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn. 
• Strong interest in technology, digital marketing, and AI. 
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology, with a particular focus on AI. 
• Practical experience with design tools. 
• Ability to use AI tools effectively for content, research, and marketing work. 
• Knowledge of prompt engineering. 
• Good research and analytical skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.  

Preferred Profile

• Fresher or final-year student from Marketing, Mass Communication, English, BBA, MBA, Design, Media, or related fields.
• Prior experience managing a college page, personal brand page, internship project, or freelance social media work will be preferred.
