Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others Support the development of social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines Create captions, hashtags, and basic creatives in coordination with the design and content teams Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and prepare basic reports Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and best practices Assist in influencer collaborations, contests, and promotional campaigns Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
