🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize content across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand trends, audience behavior, and how to turn content into engagement and leads.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
2. Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
3. Stay updated with latest trends, reels, and viral content formats
4. Write engaging captions and hooks to increase reach & engagement
5. Coordinate with designers and video editors for content creation
6. Manage DMs, comments, and audience interaction
7. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and optimize content
8. Assist in running basic ad campaigns (Meta Ads is a plus)
9. Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms

• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of Canva / editing tools is a plus
