Job Title: Social Media Content Creator (Graphics, Video & Shorts) – Fresher Friendly

Role Overview 
Seeking crea􀆟ve individuals (freshers welcome) to develop engaging content for Instagram and 
Facebook. The role focuses on designing graphics, crea􀆟ng and edi􀆟ng videos, and producing shortform 
content (Reels/Shorts) aligned with brand posi􀆟oning and audience engagement goals. 
Key Responsibili􀆟es 
 Create high-quality social media graphics (posts, carousels, stories) 
 Develop and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, FB videos) 
 Convert concepts into visually compelling crea􀆟ves 
 Assist in content idea􀆟on and scrip􀆟ng for social media 
 Edit raw footage into polished videos with transi􀆟ons, music, and cap􀆟ons 
 Maintain consistent brand aesthe􀆟cs and tone 
 Op􀆟mize content formats for Instagram and Facebook algorithms 
 Manage basic pos􀆟ng schedules and content calendars 
 Collaborate with marke􀆟ng/strategy teams for campaign execu􀆟on

 Familiarity with video edi􀆟ng tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) 
 Understanding of Instagram & Facebook content formats 
 Crea􀆟vity with a􀆩en􀆟on to visual storytelling 
 Basic knowledge of trending formats, hooks, and reels strategy 
 Good English communica􀆟on and ability to take and implement feedback. 
 Hardworking & Initator 
Preferred (Not Mandatory) 
 Exposure to AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway ML 
 Basic understanding of social media analy􀆟cs 
 Experience with meme/content trends
