Manage and maintain backend data, records, and documentation
Coordinate with front-end teams, sales teams, and other departments
Track and update patient/customer records in CRM or software systems
Ensure timely processing of orders, appointments, and service requests
Handle internal communication and follow-ups with team members
Prepare reports, MIS, and daily/weekly performance updates
Monitor pending cases and ensure proper closure
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization
