We are looking for a dedicated Tally Support Executive to provide technical assistance and customer support for Tally users. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Tally software for clients. They will handle customer queries related to accounting, GST, data backup, and software errors. The role includes remote and on-site support, guiding clients in using Tally features efficiently, and ensuring smooth software operation. The executive will also assist in data migration, report generation, and basic training for customers. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and basic accounting knowledge are required to deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
