Key responsibilities:
KRA (Key Responsible Area)
•He/She will be first point of contact for various stakeholders through voice and non-voice modes to address queries of Tally9.ERP and non product.
•He/She will record interactions in CRM and resolve as per defined process and interaction matrix within prescribed SLA.
• He/She will capture and report the product and non-product feedback/suggestion from the stakeholders.
•He/She will record the product change request in CRM received during interactions.
•He/She will discuss and escalate the complicated interactions with the team leader in time in order to bring them to appropriate closure within TAT (Turn Around time).
