We are expanding our digital presence and are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to lead our online growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand vision
• Manage Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies
• Create and oversee high-quality posts, reels, short-form videos, and captions
• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and production team
• Monitor analytics, engagement metrics, and growth performance
• Research trends, audio formats, and industry-relevant content
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
• Strengthen brand positioning and audience community

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 0–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Freshers can also Apply)
• Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube growth strategies
• Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and audience targeting
• Proficiency in Canva / CapCut / basic video editing tools
• Ability to write professional and engaging captions
• Basic understanding of paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads is a plus)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with analytical approach
