They are responsible for interpreting CAD files, loading programs, optimizing cut parameters, and ensuring strict quality and safety standards for, often complex, industrial cutting applications.Set up and operate CNC laser machines to cut and engrave industrial dies, puzzle dies, and specialized blocks.Translate CAD drawings into precise CNC machine commands and adjust parameters like laser power and cutting speed for optimal performance.Inspect finished products for accuracy against blueprints and quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations when handling raw materials and operating equipment.
Work collaboratively to meet production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing
