Maintain and update daily shipment data, pickup records, and delivery status.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Create and manage Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and summary reports.
Extract data from courier and logistics tracking portals and analyze performance.
Coordinate with operations, billing, and customer service teams for data support.
Ensure high accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
Maintain rate cards, client billing sheets, and related MIS records.
