Create & process Purchase Orders based on project and material requirements
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing & ensure timely delivery
• Maintain purchase records, GRN & inventory tracking in Tally Prime
• Ensure accuracy of GST, HSN codes & commercial compliance
• Coordinate with vendors for dispatch, logistics & payment follow-ups
• Maintain documentation including challans, invoices, warranty records
• Support Sales, Projects & Accounts teams for seamless execution
• Prepare procurement status reports and track material movemen
