1. Daily Reporting
● Update daily Meta Ads performance sheet.
● Record key metrics such as impressions, clicks, leads, cost per lead (CPL), spend, and
conversions.
● Check if any campaign is overspending or underperforming.
2. Data Collection & Tracking
● Download reports from Meta Ads Manager.
● Track campaign-level, ad-set-level, and ad-level data.
● Maintain proper naming and sorting of all reports.
● Track daily budgets and remaining balances.
3. Analysis & Monitoring
● Identify high-performing and low-performing ads.
● Flag issues like high CPL, low CTR, low quality leads, or ads not delivering.
● Share daily performance summary with the marketing team.
4. Weekly & Monthly Reports
● Prepare weekly summary reports for management.
● Create monthly performance spreadsheets.
● Add charts and insights based on campaign results.
5. Coordination & Support
● Coordinate with digital marketing executives for required data.
● Assist in checking if UTM links or tracking parameters are correct.
● Help in comparing lead quality vs spending.
