Collect, compile, and analyze business data to generate MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring tools.
Prepare and present accurate reports for management review, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights.
Ensure timely updating and maintenance of databases and records.
Collaborate with different departments to gather and validate data.
Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
Support in audits, compliance requirements, and ad-hoc reporting.
Identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend improvements.
Requirement
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Functions, etc.).
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
