ACCOUNTANT

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.

Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice creation, vendor payments, and customer follow-ups.

Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial discrepancies.

Manage GST filings, TDS deductions, returns, and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Process payroll, maintain employee compensation records, and generate salary reports.

Track company expenses, maintain petty cash, and prepare monthly/annual budgets.

Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary financial documents.

Monitor financial transactions to prevent errors, fraud, or mismanagement.

Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making.

Coordinate with the finance team, vendors, and other departments for smooth financial operations.
