Manage and optimize listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and company websites.
Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketplace promotions.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to improve product ranking and visibility.
Monitor daily sales, inventory, and order processing, ensuring smooth operations across all platforms.
Manage product catalog updates, images, descriptions, and A+ Content to enhance customer experience.
Analyze campaign performance and marketplace insights to improve conversions and sales growth.
Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams for promotional banners, offers, and product launches.
Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to maintain a strong brand presence across platforms.
Track marketplace policies, latest trends, and algorithm changes to keep the store performing efficiently.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review
