Perform data entry, update records, and maintain databases accurately.
Operate and monitor computer systems, printers, and related equipment.
Ensure timely backup of files and maintain confidentiality of information.
Prepare and generate reports as required by management.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues or escalate to IT support.
Maintain office files, documents, and electronic records in an organized manner.
Support staff with computer-related queries and assist in day-to-day operations.
