Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports as per management requirements.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.
Create dashboards and automate reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
Use formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, marketing, inventory, and operations.
Maintain attendance records, leave reports, and productivity tracking.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Support management in data-driven analysis and presentations.
