Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills
Strong Analytical and MIS Reporting skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Experience in report generation and data management
Maintain and update stock and inventory records in Excel and/or ERP systems
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for stock levels, movements, and discrepancies
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, or excess
Create dashboards and automate reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP,
Pivot Tables, etc.)
Assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliation
Support management with ad-hoc data and reporting needs
