Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense records.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and taxation requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.

Key responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Tally PRIME, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
