Design & Development:
Develop architectural designs from concept to completion, incorporating client requirements and project objectives.
Design development from concept design to working drawing incorporating services like MEP structure ,etc
Create detailed architectural drawings, plans
Technical Documentation & Compliance:
Produce comprehensive construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and details.
Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
Prepare and submit permit applications.
Project Coordination & Management:
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Client Interaction:
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations.
Address client inquiries and provide regular project updates.

Proficiency in AutoCAD,

Portfolio demonstrating a variety of architectural projects.
