Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls, emails.
Maintain strong customer relationships while handling sensitive recovery issues.
Ensure timely recovery of fees, dues, or EMIs as per company policies.
Maintain accurate records of communication and payment status in CRM tools.
Resolve customer queries related to payment plans, account issues, or delays.
Negotiate payment terms or settlements within given guidelines.
Escalate non-responsive or high-risk accounts to the senior management.
Prepare daily/weekly recovery reports and share insights with the team.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or recovery tracking systems.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
