Collect, analyze, and compile data from various departments to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and MIS systems with accurate and relevant information.
Generate performance reports, sales analysis, and other business-related data as required by management.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Automate reports and dashboards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support management in planning, forecasting, and decision-making with data-driven insights.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely availability of required data.

Key responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in MIS/Data Management roles.
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Working knowledge of MS Access, SQL, or other database tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling large data sets.
Good communication and time management skills.
