Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from site data.
. Work closely with the site operations team to collect and verify real-time data.
. Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, conditional formatting, Macros, etc.) to analyze and present data effectively.
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, manpower, productivity, and other key metrics.
. Assist in automating manual data tasks to improve operational efficiency.
. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting formats.
. Support internal and external audits with timely data and reports.
. Coordinate with the central MIS team or HO (Head Office) for report submissions and standards.
. Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (including data validation, pivot charts, formulas, dashboards, etc.).
. Good communication skills to liaise between site and office staff.
. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
