Leadership & Project Management: Lead and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure on-time project delivery with high quality.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Gather and document project requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct data analysis to support business objectives and provide insights for process improvement.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to maintain workflow efficiency.
Technical Proficiency: Leverage tools such as Microsoft Excel, Jira, Tableau/SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Google Docs, Figma, etc., to streamline operations and enhance project tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams including Product, Tech, Sales, and Operations to align project goals with business objectives.
Training & Product Adoption: Conduct training sessions for teams to ensure effective usage and adoption of new products and systems
