Maintain and update financial records including ledgers, journals, and invoices
Prepare and process bills, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial entries in accounting software
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups for due payments
File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as required
Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
Monitor and manage budgets, cash flows, and expense reports
Perform other financial and administrative tasks as assigned

Key responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent)
Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally,
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
