User Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive user research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis, and stakeholder workshops to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to guide design decisions.
Information Architecture: Design and optimize product information architecture, including sitemaps, user flows, and content organization, to ensure intuitive navigation and content findability.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Translate user requirements and research findings into low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
UI Design & Visual Language: Design pixel-perfect user interfaces, incorporating typography, color theory, iconography, and layout principles to create visually appealing and consistent experiences. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Interaction Design: Define and design engaging micro-interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance the user experience and provide clear feedback.
Usability Testing & Iteration: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytical data to continuously improve product usability and satisfaction.
Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and user insights to cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Accessibility & Inclusivity: Design with accessibility best practices in mind, ensuring our products are usable by a diverse range of users.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually evolve our design approach.

Key responsibilities:
Preferably in Website, E-commerce, Mobile Apps
A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX projects, demonstrating your design process, problem-solving abilities, and visual design skills.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking methodologies.
Experience with conducting and analyzing user research.
Ability to create clear and detailed wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
Strong visual design aesthetic, with an eye for detail, composition, and typography.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing design challenges.
