Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, macros, or BI tools.
Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate data.
Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times.

Key responsibilities:
Proven experience in data handling, MIS reporting, or a similar role.
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
