Lead the development and implementation of robust and scalable full-stack applications using React.js for the front end and Node.js for the back end. '
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in React.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
Working on MERN - React JS , Node JS, Next JS, MongoDB and can be work on different frameworks as per client requirement as well as market demand.
Must have self- learning aptitude, with minimal supervision and continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiencies.

Key responsibilities:

Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and isomorphic React.
