Collect, compile, and analyze data to prepare accurate MIS reports for various departments.
Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure seamless data access and usability.
Monitor and troubleshoot data discrepancies and errors to ensure data integrity.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports for management review.
Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and ensure timely delivery of reports.
Support automation initiatives by developing macros or scripts in Excel or other relevant tools.
Maintain confidentiality and security of organizational data.
Ensure compliance with organizational data standards and protocols.

Key responsibilities:
Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Knowledge of database management and tools like SQL is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
