Financial Transactions:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
Bank Reconciliations:
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
Bookkeeping:
Maintain and update financial records in accounting software.
Ensure proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
Assist in Financial Reporting:
Support the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
Assist with tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
General Support:
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Assist with audits and respond to internal/external queries.

Key responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-1 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar tools).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
