Regularly follow up with the sales team for updates on targets, pending payments, and monthly expenses.
Calculate monthly expenses and incentives for the sales team based on target achievements and company policy.
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets such as monthly sales tracking, outstanding payment tracking, and expense tracking sheets.
Ensure accurate data tracking and maintenance for informed decision-making by the management.
Monitor pending actions, highlight discrepancies, and assist management in addressing operational challenges.
Prepare presentations and visual reports to support management reviews.
