Interior Designer

Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for interior design projects.

Present and explain design concepts, layouts, materials, and project timelines.

Handle client queries, concerns, and provide design recommendations tailored to client needs.

Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.

Generate leads and convert them into sales by showcasing Ksquare’s expertise and portfolio.

Design and Project Management:

Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to the client's requirements and company policies.

Collaborate with the Process Coordinator, Project Manager, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop detailed design plans, 3D models, and material specifications.

Monitor project progress, ensuring that designs are executed as per the planned schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Work closely with the Site Manager and Site Supervisor to address any on-site issues or changes.

Team Coordination and Leadership:

Guide and mentor junior designers and the design team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Coordinate with the procurement team for the selection of branded materials and ensure materials meet design standards.

Ensure that client feedback is communicated clearly to all team members involved in the project.

Client and Project Presentation:

Deliver compelling presentations of the design to clients, focusing on aesthetic appeal, functionality, and innovative solutions.

Prepare project documentation and manage design-related communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting and Communication:

Provide daily updates and reports to the Process Coordinator, Design Manager, and CEO regarding project status.

Ensure timely completion of all design tasks and maintain clear communication channels between departments.

Assist in final inspections and ensure all projects meet the company’s quality assurance standards.
