Compile and analyze data from various sources to prepare MIS reports.
Maintain databases and ensure the integrity of the stored information.
Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required by the management.
Support departments by providing timely, accurate reports and analysis.
Develop and implement data management strategies to optimize workflow.
Troubleshoot and resolve any MIS system issues.
Collaborate with teams to improve data accuracy and reporting processes.
Provide training and support to team members on MIS-related tools and processes.

Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, and other data management tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
