Assist with Design Projects: Support the senior design team in creating graphics, layouts, and visual content for digital and print platforms such as websites, social media, brochures, and presentations.
Develop Visual Assets: Contribute to the development of logos, banners, infographics, and other visual assets in line with the company’s branding and design standards.
Revise and Improve Designs: Make adjustments to existing designs based on feedback from senior designers and team members, ensuring that final products meet project goals and quality standards.
Conduct Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team and help implement innovative design solutions.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, ensuring that the designs effectively communicate the intended message.
File Management and Organization: Assist in organizing and managing design files, ensuring proper documentation and easy access for team members.
Learn and Grow: Take initiative to enhance your design skills, software proficiency, and knowledge through mentorship, training, and feedback sessions from experienced designers.
Assist with Photo Editing: Help with photo retouching, resizing, and color correction to ensure visual consistency across different marketing materials.

5. Strong understanding of color, layout and typography
