Maintain and update financial records such as ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and generate relevant reports for management.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements to ensure all transactions are accurate and complete.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations, including tax filings, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
Collaborate with external auditors for yearly audits, ensuring timely and accurate audit completion.
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of employee salaries and benefits.
Identify financial discrepancies and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
Handle petty cash and ensure timely disbursement for minor operational expenses.
Review company financial policies and procedures to recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
Strong MS Excel skills and the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
Experience with taxation processes including GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
