Data Management:
Develop and maintain databases to store and retrieve data effectively.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
Analyze data trends to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
System Management:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of MIS applications and tools.
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
User Support & Training:
Provide training and support to users on MIS tools and best practices.
Act as a liaison between users and IT to enhance system functionality.
Project Management:
Participate in or lead projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify information needs and develop solutions.
