Operate and monitor computer systems, ensuring efficient performance of hardware, software, and networks.
Input, update, and maintain data in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor technical issues or escalate them to IT support if necessary.
Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and updates as required.
Generate reports, manage files, and maintain system logs to ensure proper documentation of system performance and tasks.

Key responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in operating computer systems, including hardware and various software applications.
Strong knowledge of data entry, file management, and basic system troubleshooting.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and system monitoring tools.
Basic understanding of networking and database management.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software.
